Continuity Sequence Evaluation

This is my evaluation for my uploaded short marked as a continuity shot sequence practise for my first task in digital media studies using the knowledge of what I've learnt from film studies to help me evaluate my 2nd time featuring in and editing a short film.


Techniques used in filming we practiced


mise en scene is the setting and surroundings within a film and what props/ settings the audience can see sub consciously giving you insights into the plot and aroura around the scene so the audience can at least have some idea of what's going on  in each frame, this also means how the props and .etc are positioned and placed and the aesthetically pleasing aspects of the surrounding that draw the interest of the viewer in without taking main focus off the main source of action.
within my groups project it was harder to find the places to film in the first place than making it look the right way as to fit in with the theme of the films plot, and since with had a establishing shot (which ill touch on later) its was important to get the right atmosphere.
